SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Goods will be shipped by UPS Courier (or by Royal Mail tracked services in certain instances) within Mainland UK. Shipping to countries other than the UK will be by DHL Courier or by Royal Mail International tracked services. We endeavour to ship items the next working day following receipt of an order wherever possible.

NB; All Import charges to be paid by customer, non-receipt of items due to declined delivery will not be classed as returned goods.

In addition to your legal rights, goods may be returned if we are informed within 14 days of delivery, you will then have a further 14 days to return them for a full refund or replacement. Full refunds are only given if goods are unopened. If the good has been opened in any way we can only offer a partial refund on the item. For more information please ring: 01274 631066.
