After detecting a habitable planet while traveling through a binary star system, the inhabitants of Moonbase Alpha are stunned when sensors detect three objects speeding towards them that appear to be Mark IX Hawks – Warships that were developed on Earth.
With no response from the planet, Commander John Koenig deploys three Combat Eagles to intercept led by Alan Carter. As the Hawk Squadron continues to close to close in on Alpha, Koenig reluctantly gives the command to fire and all three Hawk ships are destroyed.
Unexpectedly, a second squadron of Hawk warships appear and a brutal space battle ensues leaving all but Carters’ Eagle destroyed. The remaining Hawk directs its fires power towards Moonbase, wreaking devastation upon the now defenceless Alpha.
With Alpha now in ruins, a huge battleship looms into view accompanied by a new Squadron of Mark IX Hawks warships.
With only Alan Carter aboard Flight One, can he alone prevent the coming massacre…
